If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may exchange your order for the full amount purchased, excluding shipping. We do not offer full refunds.
Exchanges must be postmarked within 5 business days of delivery. Please send items in original condition (unworn) with original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping prices and we suggest that you use a trackable mail service, as we are not responsible for lost/damaged return shipping.

Marionwild would be happy to repair or resize any of our jewelry purchased through the website. Repairs and resizing will be subject to a small fee based on nature of the request. Please note that buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges. We can also replace lost match-back earrings for a discounted fee.
